Beringung der Vetschauer Internetstörche für 8. Juli geplant

Viele unserer Storchenfans warten schon auf die Bekanntgabe des Beringungstermins. Die Beringung unserer Jungstörche soll am Vormittag des 8.Juli stattfinden. Sie werden, wie in den vergangenen Jahren, von der sehr erfahrenen und engagierten Weißstorchbetreuerin Katharina Illig aus Luckau beringt. Die notwendige Technik (Hebebühne) wird wie gewohnt dankenswerter Weise von der enviaM gestellt. Im Internet kann die Beringung dann live verfolgt werden. Nähere Informationen über das Verfahren bei der Beringung erhalten Sie auf:

Many of our stork fans are waiting for the announcement of the banding day. The banding of our young ones to be held on the morning of July 8. They are, as in recent years, banded by a very experienced and dedicated White Stork supervisor Catherine Illig from Luckau. The necessary equipment (lift) is as usual provided kindly by the enviaM. The banding of the storklets can be watched live on the internet. For more information on the procedure in the guides can be found on:

They are doing some wing exercises and the feet are leaving the nest ground....a little bit.
